  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    We ship most orders within 1-2 days. Our small but mighty team works to pack and ship your orders with care.

    If an item is pre-order or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.

    Fine Art Photography Prints are typically made-to-order and may require up to 1-2 weeks for shipment.

    Please contact us if you are interested in an international order. Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Returns & Refunds

  • We very much hope you love the items you order, and while returns are rare, we understand that sometimes things may not be quite the right fit for your needs.

    Online orders are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees, both directions) -- To qualify, products MUST be returned within 10 days after the date of delivery, and must be unused, in unopened, original packaging and in original condition with any associated tags attached.

    Paper items such as journals and notebooks must not show creases, damage or signs of use. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original condition.

    Please note, Art prints, Grocery, and Apothecary items are not eligible for return or refund. 

    Please note, SALE and Discounted items are Final, and are not eligible for return.

  • In the event that you changed your mind would like to return an item, you will need to pay for shipping the item back to us.

    Please be sure to purchase tracking information so that you can confirm when we receive your package.

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of delivery.

    Just send us a photo of the box or any exterior packaging, as well as the damaged item irself.

    We will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
